Customize your service package
WT is prepared to quote for any travel package or arrangement not listed in this website or may modify available ones depending on your requirements. Our experienced staff will offer you the right price and the most efficient service.
All agreements are construed and understood in accordance with the up to date Greek Laws and Regulations.
Payment procedure and conditions
1. Through a bank transfer (Bank Swift) to the company account numbers (Euro): NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE (IBAN: GR42 0110 6820 0000 6820 0203 112 & SWIFT: ETHNGRAA) or EUROBANK ERGASIAS A.E. (IBAN: GR8102604440000990200394243 & SWIFT: ERBKGRAA)
After the payment the client can send to our agency the bank payment transfer receipt via e-mail or fax while the payment must be checked for receipt.
2. Through Eurobank Live Pay system through the links: https://www.livepay.gr/worldtourist.aspx (for Greek language) or https://www.livepay.gr/worldtourist-1.aspx (for English language) under the relevant secure web mode pages.
3. At our registered offices for relevant POS card charge – all international cards bearing the signs Mastercard, VISA, Maestro issued by Greek or foreign banks and all international cards bearing the JCB signs. Alternatively you can provide the necessary card details over the phone or send us the same through signing a card authorization charge form.
Payment conditions can be different for various travel packages and services offered – please go through the same for more details as applicable. For any queries please contact WT and we will be happy to assist you.
For packages or services that require a deposit the vouchers for the full price will be issued upon full payment. All official vouchers will be issued and normally sent to you through email – please use the appropriate message boxes to determine alternative modes.
Cancellation / Refunds / Amendments
Unless otherwise stated for each travel package or service a traveller’s / client’s cancellation can be made, as follows:
45 days or more prior to the arrival date, full refund will be made.
44-30 days before the arrival date, an administration fee of 20% will be held from the deposit.
29-16 days before the arrival date, then 50% of the total amount will be held as cancellation fee.
15-8 days before the arrival date, the 75% of the total amount will be held as cancellation fee.
0-7 days before the arrival date, the 100% of the total amount will be held as cancellation fee.
For «No Show» clients, the 100% of the total amount will be charged.
For early booking rate offers and hot deal special offers, the payment may not be refundable depending on the offer features. After the issuance of boat tickets and air tickets, the payment may not be refundable depending on the provider policies and class of service selected. WT will inform all Clients for such details prior payment of relevant packages and services and will try to minimize risks of cancellation or amendment fees. Refunds will only be sent to credit card holder’s name.
Amendments can also be made with no charge depending on the service provided and availability.
WT provides notice here for all legal purposes, that for transportation tickets, excursions, hotels and any other service offered, all the vouchers are issued exclusively in our capacity as intermediaries / agents between the travelers / clients and the transportation companies or persons engaged for the services, hotel owners and / or contractors rendering the services covered in our website or otherwise. WT declines any and all liability because of any type of losses, damages, injuries, accidents, delays or irregularities of any nature, and/or negligence or professional misconduct attributed to such transportation companies or persons engaged for the services, hotel owners and / or contractors rendering the services covered in our website or otherwise.
All complaints should be reported at once to World Tourist (WT) Travel Agency offices in Athens. After traveller’s / client’s departure no complaints will be accepted if the event has not been reported during the traveller’s / client’s period of service.

Hotels are normally listed based on governmental classification. You may book through sending a relevant request for a personalized and improved service. Our staff will provide you with the best available bookings and rates utilizing a number of specialized world-wide hotel booking systems for travel agents as well as through our experience and offers from various hotels in Greece and other countries. Alternatively you may book your accommodation online through our relevant website service tab.
Air fare rates that are given to travellers / clients in packages as offers, if included, are subject to fare availability. After the final reservation with client’s full name and details, the air fare rate will be confirmed. You may send a request for a personalized and improved service in terms of rates and availabilities as well as other arrangements and options. Our staff will provide you with the best available bookings and rates utilizing a number of international systems for travel agents as well as our experience and offers from various air-carriers in Greece and other countries. Alternatively you may book your flight online through our relevant website service tab.
These are generally offered in standard and VIP classes and are subject to availability. Send us a relevant request for a personalized and improved service. Alternatively you may book your transfer on line through our relevant website service tab. Transfer waiting from airports or ports is free up to 1 hour. For more time 12 Euros per hour will be applicable as additional cost to be paid to the driver by card or cash on the spot.
Tours and sightseeing
All the tours including transfer are normally provided with luxurious air-conditioned motor coaches with professional licensed guides.
Tips, Taxes and Entrance Fees
All taxes except airport, port and hotel taxes are normally included. See also the inclusions/ exclusions for our tours regarding the entrance fees to museums, archaeological sites etc. Tips to hostesses, guides, drivers or other professionals are not included and these are at your discretion.
Exclusions from Tour Prices
Passport or vaccination fees, meals and tours other than those specified under “included” and all expenses of a personal nature such as laundry, beverages, spirits, tips, porterage etc. are not included in tour prices.
Extras / Meals
The extra services and meals are as may be included in our tour features and may vary depending on your hotel and flight bookings and WT’s other services offers. Some extra services payments may be payable on the spot prior to your travel or tour package commencement and depending on the service selected.
Yachting / Cruises
World Tourist Travel Agency will provide you with a yacht from a list of more than 150 available ones (either owned or operated by our partners). The relevant detailed information as well as the terms and conditions for this service are mentioned on our relevant website service tab. Complete your yacht booking form and send it to World Tourist Travel Agency to obtain appropriate full prices / proposals and receive a personalized service for the same.
For selecting a cruise your accommodation is based on indicated category cabins, all with private facilities.
Cruise companies reserve the right to refuse embarkation due to overbooking, alter itineraries and/or change vessels, cancel the cruise should this become necessary, without prior notice. Complete your cruise booking through our partners platform selecting from a number of cruises worldwide or send us a request form for a personalized service for the same.
Sequence of itinerary
Tour sequence of events and places may change from the order shown in our website because of inevitable and extraordinary conditions. However WT will make every effort to provide similar service substitutions to meet the same quality standards should this become necessary. A final itinerary will be prepared by WT and sent to you prior to the commencement of your tour or travel package.
Special rates may be additionally provided depending on vacation period and volume upon request.
These vary for different services (hotels, flights, tours etc.) and may also be provided additionally upon request.
Travellers should ask their local travel agent or nearest Greek Consulate/ Embassy or other appropriate Consulate / Embassy for the issuance of appropriate Visa for Greece or other destination country. World Tourist Travel Agency cannot be held responsible for any problem arising because of Visa formalities and documentation irregularities upon arrival and during traveller / client stay in Greece or other destination country and cannot be held responsible if the same formalities or irregularities hinder the traveller / client from receiving the agreed services or suffer any consequential damages or losses or otherwise. Visa associated costs are deemed here as traveller’s / client’s responsibility and persons coming to Greece are also advised to check applicability of Schengen treaty before their vacation.
Trip cancellation insurance and baggage insurance are recommended to be done upon confirmation of your trip prior you visit Greece. Please send a request to World Tourist Travel Agency for the details of our existing group tour operator insurance coverage.
Tour Operator Responsibility
World Tourist Travel Agency, acting as a tour operator and/or their representatives act only as agents for transportation companies and other provider companies. The responsibility of World Tourist Travel Agency and/or its representatives is limited in accordance with our tour operator insurance and of course the Greek laws. WT and/or its representatives will not accept any responsibility in the event of damage, loss, accident, illness, delay or other irregularity due to defects in any vehicle used for transportation or the fault or default of any company or person employed in the organization of the transportation. WT and/or its representatives will not accept any responsibility for extra cost due to delay, changes or any other reason that is at traveler’s / client’s default. WT and/or their representatives are not responsible for any consular, political or inevitable or extraordinary complications created voluntarily or involuntarily by the travelers/clients or any other person. WT cannot be held responsible for any fault or default or negligence by hotel owners or their employees. WT reserves the right to decline, to accept or reject any person(s) from participating in a travel package arrangement or any of its services and to change or cancel the travel packages or any of the offered services, for any reason should this become necessary. The airline and boat tickets shall, when issued, constitute a contract between the passenger (traveler/client) and the airline. Any deposit by the traveler / client towards a travel package or service will represent acceptance of all the above mentioned conditions and the relevant offered travel package or service.
